QA CUSTOMER SUPPORT - APPLE SPECIALIST #1653273
Apple enthusiast who can provide software technical support to our customers. In this role, you will work closely with our customers, software engineers and program managers to reproduce customer reported issues, assist in root cause determination, and verify reported defects are fixed. You will execute software compatibility and smoke testing on customer platforms.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Power user of Mac OS X.
- Extensive experience testing or supporting Apple notebook or desktop products.
- Strong understanding of PC architecture.
- Experience with test automation a plus.
- 4+ years customer support or software test experience required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent preferred.
