As a key member of NVIDIA Product Marketing, the Consumer Campaign Manager is responsible for creating marketing initiatives and supporting campaigns to successfully position and generate demand for the NVIDIA Gaming group ? including GeForce and SHIELD products and technologies.
The Consumer Campaign Manager is the go-to marketing champion for its business unit?s (BU) campaign and product launches and acts as the conduit between the BU, Corporate Marketing, PR, Sales and external customers and partners.
The successful candidate must have the talent and flexibility to drive a worldwide virtual team towards product and campaign goals under aggressive and fast moving schedules. Essential skills include strong project management, marketing expertise, leadership, and the ability to orchestrate many moving parts with intensity and focus. The Consumer Campaign Manager must be familiar with gaming, technology and computer hardware, with a strong preference given to those candidates with a working knowledge of computer graphics.
This campaign role requires extensive management of marketing deliverables, so the successful candidate will have experience working with creative teams - from formulating creative briefs to writing copy to conceptualizing key imagery that will ultimately be packaged into a variety of world-class marketing tools for teams and partners around the world.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage marketing campaigns including major product/technology launches, product promotions, and key selling period promotions in support of business unit and corporate initiatives
- Work closely with BU to create appropriate, timely deliverables for the various audiences, which includes both end-users as well as channel and OEM partners
- Define campaign objectives, target audiences, strategies/tactics, creative deliverables, timeline, and ROI measurement; secure executive and regional support
- Drive cross-functional teams to execute key campaign strategies/tactics and deliverables
- Drive regular communications to track status and measurement
- Create and manage execution of supporting campaign creative materials
- Manage key campaign activities as needed including consumer promotions, advertising, partner/customer marketing
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong project and people management skills; ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks
- 5+ years marketing management experience, ideally within the hardware computer industry and/or high tech creative agency
- Ability to work under pressure to meet aggressive time schedules ? multi-tasking abilities a must!
- Proven ability to interact with and influence diverse groups within marketing, including senior management
- Ability to work cross-functionally across many levels of organization
- Strong written and verbal communications; must enjoy writing/editing
- Undergraduate degree required, MBA preferred.
