TEST VECTOR ENGINEER #1642161 As a Test Vector Engineer, you will develop functional tests to run on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) for production IC testing. You will write and/or modify embedded software that runs on Tegra processors. You will then convert this code to ATE test vectors, which will be used for debug and production testing. Part of your responsibility will be to modify and develop the tools you will use to convert the C/C++ code into ATE test vectors. In addition, you will work alongside IC test engineers to understand pre-production and production defects and create tests to catch these defects. This is the definition of a cross functional position, spanning Software development, understanding the Hardware design, and Test Engineering. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - BSEE/CS or equivalent with 5+ years of experience writing C/C++ code - Good understanding of low level software drivers and kernel - Familiar with embedded platforms and system software - Ability to debug at board and chip level and comfortable probing hardware - Familiarity with ATE equipment, such as T2K is a big plus - Self-motivated and work effectively across different functional teams - Strong verbal and written communications skills EOE
