We are seeking a skilled IT infrastructure engineer to enable us to more efficiently create and deploy Esri web, desktop, and server 3D/GIS software products. As part of our team, you will partner with developers and product engineers who are passionate about improving our clients' user experience.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the R&D Center IT infrastructure, including network, servers, desktop hardware and software upgrades, backups, and security.
• Improve software tools used; actively identify and implement solutions to improve team productivity.
• Support the development team by continuously improving build and deploy processes.
• Provide general IT support for developers and engineers on our team; inform the team of changes and updates to the infrastructure.
