QA CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER

QA CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER #1647728 Provide technical support to our customers and perform QA testing on customer platforms. In this role, you will work closely with customers, software engineers and program managers to reproduce customer reported issues, assist in root cause determination, and verify reported defects are fixed. You will also do software compatibility testing on customer platforms. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - 4+ years software/hardware test or customer support experience required. - Power user of Windows 7, XP, or Linux operating systems. - Must have extensive experience building, configuring or troubleshooting PCs, notebooks, tablets or embedded systems. - Strong knowledge of or experience testing with graphics, audio, video, camera, or networking. - Solid understanding of PC architecture. - Programming or scripting experience with Visual C/C++, C#, Java, Perl, or Python a plus. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Proven leadership experience desired. - Bachelors or equivalent degree required.
