SR. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER #1612328 RESPONSIBILITIES: - New product introduction and release to production. - New silicon debug and new product characterization - Spec validation and off shore release to production - Yield analysis and improvement for new and sustaining products/processes. - Cost reduction implementations - Continuous improvement of product through enhancing test coverage and finding root cause to manufacturing problems - Customer Failure analysis - Very knowledgeable in scan and BIST methodology - Programing in Perl is a plus MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - BSEE degree, MSEE preferred. - 2 to 7+ years of experience in Product / Test engineering - Knowledge / understanding of CMOS digital, analog high speed circuits - Knowledge of DFT methodology/techniques a definite plus. - Working knowledge of ATE equipment like Agilent 93000, Advantest T2000 - Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills - Strong project management skills and the ability to work with cross functional teams - Excellent data analysis skills, problem solving skills and passion for success - Ability to work in a fast paced environment and the ability to hit the ground running EOE
