RESEARCH SCIENTIST - INTERCONNECT AND PROCESSOR ARCHITECTURE #1511858

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop innovative high performance processor and system architectures, focusing on interconnects.
- Understand and analyze the interplay of hardware and software architectures on future HPC applications.
- Collaborate across the company to guide the direction of GPU computing, working with software, research, GPU engineering and product teams.
- Collaborate with outside partners on system infrastructure.
- Publish original research and speak at conferences and events.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong background in computer architecture, compilers, parallel processing, and/or high performance computing
- Expertise in high-performance computer network design, and HPC interconnect standards (Ethernet, Infiniband).
- Experience with experimental computer architecture development and evaluation.
- Experience with C, C++, and scripting languages.
- Ph.D. in CE/CS/EE plus track record of research excellence.
