MANAGER COMPUTATIONAL IMAGING (CAMAERA) ARCHITECTURE #1627870 This is an excellent opportunity to lead a very talented Imaging Signal Processor (ISP) architecture group and help develop leading edge camera architectures for NVIDIAs mobile devices. The camera architecture manager works closely with the ISP hardware and software teams to develop complete camera architectures for NVIDIA. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Help define NVIDIA's camera roadmap - Lead a team of architects to define and develop NVIDIAs next generation ISP architectures - Manage the architecture execution of the team - Estimate, budget and schedule architecture tasks for the ISP and related units from concept to production - Collaborate with other architecture, hardware, software and SOC teams A successful candidate for this position should have experience in camera architectures, computer architecture, digital imaging, image capture and processing, or computational photography. In addition, the candidate should enjoy being hands-on and have strong leadership, team building and communications skills. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - The ideal candidate will possess an advanced degree in computer science, computer architecture, digital signal processing or related discipline - Prefer 10+ years of relevant industry experience. Relevant industries include digital camera, sensor, consumer electronics, computational imaging, digital image processing or system architecture - Prefer 3+ years of architecture management experience with the development of shipping products - Experience in estimating, budgeting, tracking and managing deliverables of a team of architects - Experience with modeling architectures for performance analysis and for functional validation HIGHLY DESIRED: - Experience with memory system architectures - Experience with GPU architectures and GPU computing (CUDA) - Experience with heterogeneous system architectures EOE
