Following the development of many successful titles on iPhone such as the Modern Combat, Dungeon Hunter, Gangstar and Asphalt franchises, Gameloft Montreal is currently seeking a Video Game Producer to collaborate on its next generation of iPhone, iPad and Android games.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Reporting to the studio manager, the successful candidate will be in charge of developing iPhone games (budget, deadlines, content) and will manage a team of designers, programmers and 2D/3D artists. The position is based in Montreal.
• Distributing work and managing projects for teams of designers, programmers, artists and quality assurance testers;
• Managing the budget and development of new games throughout all production stages: concept, mock-up, alpha, beta, gold;
• Communicating with Gameloft executive producers and quality assurance teams in other studios to monitor projects;
• Communicating with other development studios in our offices abroad for projects produced outside Montreal;
• Working with the marketing team to direct the creation of new games according to market research results and creating new marketing programs.
Skills and Profile
• University degree in Management or other related fields.
• At least 2 years’ experience as a producer in the game industry
• In-depth knowledge of and passion for video games
• Highly motivated and ambitious
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills to deliver high-quality projects within tight deadlines, while respecting an established budget.
• Creativity and practicality to find the best solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure project development
• Expert knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Good knowledge of Jira
