DIRECTOR OF WINDOWS TEGRA SOFTWARE #1481587 We're looking for a Director level candidate to manage specification, planning, coordination and production of system software components for future Windows Tegra products. This role is highly cross functional, working closely with key technical leaders in HW, Architecture and Marketing areas to drive execution and improvement of the Windows Tegra product roadmap. The candidate is responsible for the continued growth and mentoring of multiple teams to achieve those ends. Key areas of focus will be in Windows kernel, platform, and system software, integration of multimedia framework stacks, and resource management for the Tegra SOC family of products. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - BSEE/BSC + 10 years engineering experience, MSEE/MSC + 7, or similar - 6 years engineering management experience - Results oriented with emphasis on measurement and continuous improvement - Proven track record of delivering product on time and within budget - Proven track record leading and building strong engineering teams - Ideal candidate has lead software development at a semiconductor company - Windows system software background is critical EOE
