UEFI SYSTEM SOFTWARE ENGINEER #1615684 NVIDIA is searching for a self-motivated and experienced software engineer to help build and maintain GPU firmware and related tools, including legacy VBIOS, UEFI GOP drivers, and other firmware. In this position you will work with other SW and HW engineers to design new system level support for advanced displays, power management, and other features. You will work on all phases of GPU/firmware development through to production. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - BSEE/CS or equivalent - 4+ years experience in developing device BIOS, firmware, or other low-level software used to control graphics hardware. - Experience in 80x86 assembly and knowledge of the PC architecture is desirable but not mandatory - Experience with display technologies, VESA, UEFI, and power management are invaluable. - Must be able to work closely with both hardware designers as well as other software engineers to design, develop, and debug functional aspects of a graphics-based subsystem.
