SENIOR COMPUTER VISION ENGINEER #1569127 Join Nvidia in driving the mobile computing revolution. We are hiring senior vision software engineers with broad experience in one of these areas: - computer vision - computational photography - image processing. This is a hands-on job in which you will design and develop next generation vision algorithms/applications for mobile platforms. Candidates must have demonstrated experience in designing and developing state of the art algorithms through their entire lifecycle, from prototyping to highly optimized, production quality implementations in C/C++. You will work with diverse set of engineers encompassing the entire mobile platform including chips, boards, drivers, OSes, libraries, and middleware. As such, candidates should have a track record of working well across organizations. Strong communication skills are required. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - Strong C/C++ programming skills - Wide breadth of computer vision knowledge - Performance optimization (including knowledge of relevant programming language implementation and architectural issues) on one or more architectures - Strong communication skills, including public speaking - Ph.D. + >= 3 years of industry experience - Masters. + >= 5 years of industry experience - Bachelors + >= 7 years of industry experience DESIRED SKILLS: - iOS and/or Android development - GPU computing (Cuda, OpenCL, DirectCompute) - Familiarity with OpenCV or similar - Camera driver experience - Mentoring junior engineers EOE
