Our producers assist the development team and more senior producers in managing the development of game projects from pre-production through to release. Producers are accountable for ensuring the DAUs and highest sales potentials are reached for every game and are charged with delivering the project according to specifications on time and on budget. Duties: - Collaborate with project leads to generate milestone schedules, identify dependencies, and prioritize tasks.
- Provide support to keep the project moving forward and to keep the team positive, informed and focused while keeping forward momentum.
- Ensure development runs smoothly by assisting in communication between the departments and helping the team stay in the loop and on task with projects.
- Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, benchmarks, etc.
- Identifying future problems and develop strategies to avoid them.
- Balances ideal technical approaches and project scope against business deadlines and priorities to find the best compromise when necessary.
- Utilize recognized project management techniques and processes including Agile development.
- Report and respond daily to headquarters using clear, effective communication methods and style.
- Collaborate with production research team to incorporate product research results into new game development process and to create consumer marketing programs.
