SENIOR ANDROID FRAMEWORK ENGINEER #1520998 As a Senior Android Framework Engineer in the Project SHIELD team at NVIDIA you will be part of a highly collaborative group of professionals with a passion for innovation and a strong desire to revolutionize the way millions of users interact with hardware, software and services. The hired android framework engineer would be working on android frameworks to enhance the SHIELD UI experience. It involves working on the SHIELD home dashboard and the content provider. Knowledge of Java and android stack is a must. You will also be working directly with the android source code and customizing it to work with Project SHIELD. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - Fluent in Java. 5 or more years of industry experience of using java - Experience working with Android Frameworks is a must - Fluency in Android stack - Experience working with a tool-chain that includes Git, Repo, and Gerrit - Experience developing with the Android SDK, Android NDK, and JNI - Able to build and do basic debugging of Android OS images EOE
