PRODUCT TEST ENGINEER #1635232 RESPONSBILITIES: - Bringup wafer sort program for NPI and production. - Wafer sort ATE sustaining for GPU/Handheld product, yield improvement, PFA, and test time reduction. - CP subcons management and fully responsible of bringup the new independent testing house. - New probing technology and methodology deployment, electrical and/or mechanical CAD simulation. - Data automation and tool generation. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - BS of EE or CS related fields. - Experience in either wafer probing program bringup or production sustaining. - Experience in either C++, C, Perl, Awk/Sed, Python, Tcl/Tk, Ruby. - Experience in CAD/SPICE is preferred. - Experience in DFT is preferred. - Experience in Matlab, SPSS, SAS, is preferred.
