RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Marketing Campaign Forecasting and Purchasing
* Review and edit Marketing Campaign Forecast details for accuracy
* Train Marketing Team Members on forecast and purchasing process; maintain training materials
* Maintain forecast system user accounts
* Edit forecast system field values as needed
* Point of Contact for User help
* Track and process MDF funds
- Marketing Expense Actuals
* Review and append data to align with reporting needs
- Salesforce.com
* Maintain user accounts, access to libraries and content maintenance
* Create and edit libraries and Public Groups
- Digital Asset Management
* Review and edit asset data
* Test new functionality as needed
* Point of Contact for User help
- System and Processes
* Offer in person, web ex and phone trainings and assistance when questions arise on processes or system
* Respond to requests and issues within 24 hours
* Proactively update Training Materials
* Collect passive feedback from end users on systems and processes to aid in roadmap planning
* Proactively offer ideas on improving process
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in excel
- Experience in using budgeting forecasting systems, market automation tools (eloqua, Marketo) SalesForce.com and Cumulus
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work on a variety of projects at once
- Team player
