Synthetic Environmental Test Engineer

The duties of the Synthetic Environmental Test Engineer will include following the Environmental Database Test Process, interpreting the requirements and ensuring the testing is appropriately accomplished for 3D realtime aviation simulation applications.  The successful candidate will be a skilled team player, with a passion for technology and problem solving, and the ability to effectively contribute to the development of the industry’s best visual simulation system.

 Knowledge:

 ·         Basic understanding of 3d modeling concepts

·         Vertices

·         Polygons

·         Textures

·         Models

·         Understanding of computer and network principles in relation to the user

·         Files/folders/mapped drives

·         Local files vs. network files
