Head of Pipeline

Description

Responsible for establishing and managing the technical production pipeline for Prime Focus World, London.

Pipeline

• Work alongside the relevant business and technical Heads to maintain the Company as a successful leader through innovation.
• Offer seamless work processes, software development, and a common technological pipeline as one global entity.
• Manage and develop the pipeline effort for the Company’s VFX offering animation and feature animation.
• Effectively manage software, research and development.
• Implement creative and production software strategies.
• Devise methods to increase efficiency and utilization to fit with global strategy.

Leadership

• Provide strong team leadership and mentorship to increase productivity
• Motivate the team through demonstrated leadership ability and executive presence.
• Encourage collaborative team approach locally and globally.
• Clearly establish performance expectations for direct reports in collaboration with Pipeline Production Manager to provide support and direction across Pipeline team.
