Tools Programmer

Description

Gearbox Software is looking for a full-time tools programmer.  Driven individual needed to support, maintain & develop new features for existing designer-facing tools. Applicant should be willing to solve performance and functionality issues with the tools as well as have a strong passion for problem solving.  Individuals should be organized and capable of taking ownership of various features and have experience with gathering, interpreting, and discussing requirements.  Solid written and verbal communication skills are crucial, and a background in creating and maintaining existing tools systems is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance existing tools systems used by all projects
• Interface with project team members to help them diagnose tool issues as needed
