Producer, In-Game Projects
Description
The in-game producer for our cinematics department is responsible for the management of processes, procedures, and deliverables for their given projects. As project producer you will, in conjunction with the department supervisor, senior project producer and CG supervisor, manage the artists they are responsible for. You will need to also maintain close working relationships with other service department producers, as well as interface with development team leads to ensure that cinematics is delivering the highest quality projects in alignment with the schedule and creative vision of each project.
Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the team including leading and organizing dailies, taking / distributing notes, tracking time cards, managing team morale, career development, and assisting on any employee issues that arise.
Create and manage team schedule, as well as track tasks, budgets, and deadlines for all projects.
Organize various meetings and assist in mediating creative discussions between the cinematic, game development, and support teams when necessary.
Work with support departments to determine and schedule localization, sound, post and marketing needs for all projects.
Ensure that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks / assignments including but not limited to assets and tools.
Communicate goals and progress to team members, upper management, game development and support teams by creating weekly / monthly reports and milestone check-ins.
Take on any administrative / production work as specified by senior production staff including but not limited to power points, workflow documents, and org charts.
