Mobile Developer

Bully! is seeking mid-senior level developers to play a key role in expanding our team's mobile capabilities in Baltimore MD (or the NYC region). In this role, you will work closely with a passionate, creative team to develop new products, explore emerging technologies and drive growth.  You will lead internal development project teams, define technical architecture and mentor more junior staff. You will also be responsible for writing standards-compliant device compatible code, fixing and resolving bugs/defects and contributing to the functional design and architecture of customer-facing, feature-rich mobile applications.  This role will serve as the mobile iOS and Android development subject matter expert across the organization.

Our ideal candidates will have a foundation in object-oriented design, strong testing skills, and prior experience with agile methodologies.

MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Execute complete life cycle for complex application components based on design requirements.

· Code moderately complex application components based on design specs, while adhering to defined programming standards, structured coding techniques, and development methodologies.

· Contribute to a cross-functional SCRUM based Agile team in daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings and retrospectives.

· Design and implements mobile solutions making appropriate use of software design patterns and best practices.

· Research and resolves client-reported issues.

· Estimate tasks to facilitate iteration planning.
