DESCRIPTION::
TRIGGER, a creative interactive agency focused on Hollywood Creative and Mobile Innovation, is looking for a 3D Lead for a mid-level position with an opportunity to create high profile sites, mobile applications, online games and digital products for top entertainment and youth brands in a fast-paced working environment. You *must* have at least 4 years working experience to be considered.
PERSON SHOULD BE::

Self-motivated: Able to take a concept and "run with it." Take
ownership of a project with little overhead supervision.
*
Creative: Not afraid to provide unique input into the project.
*
Team player: Work well with others… good communication, responsible and
respectful of others. (No egos please!)
* Should be enthusiastic and immersed in
movies, mobile technology, games, comic books, super heroes and other pop
culture that fuel our clients and projects.
*
Have Game Industry Experience
*
Have at least 3 years in the interactive
space
DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES::
* Close
communication with Shanghai team and Vendors.
* Establishes visual tone and direction for
the Shanghai team and Vendors.
* The most senior
‘hands-on' 3D creative for a design project
* Establishes 3d standards and guidelines
to be used by both offices
* Work with internal teams on development
requirements such as timelines and resources.
* Communicate at the production level with
the project manager, designers and production artists.
* Contributes to overall office morale,
spirit, character and work quality.
