Customer Care Coordinator

Description

We are looking for someone with excellent writing skills in English and either Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Italian (or a combination of the listed languages). Your main responsibilities will be communicating with our customers and business partners through email and social media.  Other communications responsibilities, including creating new business documents and translating existing documents, will be handled as needed. 

If you are smart, have native-level fluency in these languages, and have the skill and taste to manage delicate written relationships with high-value clients, you could be who we’re looking for.
