Associate Producer (f/m)

In the production team you will work directly with the Producer and interdisciplinary teams of developers. Key duties will be working with the teams and Producer on scheduling, workflow and pipeline setup and maintenance within the teams. Ensuring that the feature and content teams are able to hit their quality and output commitments.

Responsibilities

• Assist Producer with managing the development of one game title from production to release
• Manage scheduling, task prioritization and resource coordination
• Collaborate with the team to create and deliver milestone schedules
• Continuously assess risk and develops risk-management strategies
• Assist the Producer in day to day operations in the development of the assigned game title
• Foster positive working relationships, teamwork and communication within the development team
