Carney, an award-winning performance solutions provider, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front-end Developer for our Social Business eam. Carney is a fast-paced and client-focused organization whose mission is to help organizations and individuals perform at the speed of need. We take a multi-disciplinary approach to our client requirements. Employees primarily work at our Alexandria, VA office in an open-style layout to further encourage collaboration among teams. The candidate must be able to work on-site in Alexandria and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

• Deliver standards-compliant HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP across a variety of interfaces and client projects
• Work with the Enterprise Social Performance team to maintain and enhance existing client platforms and web-based tools
• Ensure all code is optimized across multiple browsers, platforms and devices through testing efforts pre and post launch
• Participate in discussions with clients and team members about development direction and technical best practices
• Effectively estimate level of effort for client deliverables
