The Pipeline
Coordinator assists the Project Manager in facilitating
communication and information sharing between artists, supervisors and the project
management team.
Essential Job Functions
- Supports
the Project Manager and Global Pipeline Supervisor to meet production
priorities, delivery targets and task deadlines
- Responsible
for managing the flow of information across the department
- Schedules,
prepares and tracks tasks between locations and departments
- Manages
department calendars, books meetings
- Creates
and distributes meeting notes
- Manages
timesheet creation and collection for the department
- Tracks
vacations/sick days/ personal day logs for the department
- Manages
recruiting database for the department—including setting up interviews and
following up with the candidates
- Responds
to department needs and crew requests
- Orders
and delivers office supplies for the department
- Make
runs for the department as needed
