Production Coordinator, Pipeline

Job Description

 The Pipeline Coordinator assists the Project Manager in facilitating communication and information sharing between artists, supervisors and the project management team.

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Supports the Project Manager and Global Pipeline Supervisor to meet production priorities, delivery targets and task deadlines
  • Responsible for managing the flow of information across the department
  • Schedules, prepares and tracks tasks between locations and departments
  • Manages department calendars, books meetings
  • Creates and distributes meeting notes
  • Manages timesheet creation and collection for the department
  • Tracks vacations/sick days/ personal day logs for the department
  • Manages recruiting database for the department—including setting up interviews and following up with the candidates
  • Responds to department needs and crew requests
  • Orders and delivers office supplies for the department
  • Make runs for the department as needed
