Producer

With the Studio Manager, Account Manager, Resource Manager, and team leads, the Producer will assist in creating the overall strategy to produce the project. The producer will then implement and have day to day oversight of the overall project plan. Responsibilities are focused on management of the crew ensuring the team is on track and understands targeted goals.

• High level of accuracy and precision, especially when working on estimates for larger projects (typically requiring advanced Excel charts).

Essential Functions and Responsibilities                                                                              

• Work closely with Resource Manager on crewing of projects.
• Create and manage project schedule. Run scenarios and modify as necessary.
• Maintain complete control on project schedule and risk issues. 
• Manage and ensure project goals/milestones are structured, communicated, and achieved.
• Facilitate timely decisions to maintain project schedule and budget. 
• Provide Account Manager (and clients) with regular project updates, maintain trusting relationship, identify project risks early and assist owner by providing prudent and timely recommendations for risk avoidance.  
• Communicate and proactively identify project and crew issues.
• With Account Managers, manage and maintain Salesforce data.  
• Supervise and mentor junior staff for both project and career growth, and make staff development recommendations.
• Thoroughly understand all project contracts. 
• Understand and identify risks early, and implement procedures for avoidance.
