Description

The Detao Master Academy is a large scale initiative to bring world-class masters and experts in a wide variety of disciplines to China in order to build high end training and businesses for the creative cultural industries.

iacc (Institution for Animation and Creative Content - www.detaoma.com/iacc), is a new training institution with a remarkable roster of professors and animation masters. Housed in a new 2000 sq. meter, state-of-the-art facility in the CCIC building in Songjiang, Shanghai, iacc is a highly innovative, hybrid production and training pipeline for Chinese film, television and games production.

 This position provides hands-on support and maintenance of the motion capture system through all stages of set-up and data capture and post-processing.

Responsibilities

•  provides production support and maintenance of mocap system

•  ensures a smooth pipeline workflow for data capture to final rigs

•  provides on-set set-up and assistance during motion capture productions

•  track, analyze and cleanup of motion capture data during onset and in post-production

•  transpose data capture to Autodesk Motion Builder for transfer onto characters

•  gives training sessions to students and clients
