We are actively seeking an ambitious Producer II to join our team to partner and drive the next generation of casino gambling games. This creative individual will lead a diverse development team to envision and guide the product from concept to release, partnering with the Project Manager on the development cycle, ensuring tasks and milestones deliver products that can achieve measurable success with our customers, internal partners, and players globally.
Responsibilities Include:
• Directly oversee the creative software development of all aspects of the game from kick-off to release
• Manage the development and delivery of large, complex, and compelling games on-schedule, within budget and with desired functionality
• Accountable for meeting the budgets and performance goals of the project
• Oversee projects / processes / workflows that typically impact multiple internal clients and many external customers
• Define and partner with Project Manager the product development roadmap
• Align with other Producers and employees who perform similar or related tasks through direct and indirect reports
• Develop game concepts based on intellectual property, IGT games in other formats or original game ideas
• Collaborate with Art Manager on creation of conceptual level story boards for new games, preparing design documents and sizzle pitch
• Define and partner with Game Designers on the creative vision for games including playability, fun factor and unique features
• Coordinates inputs from a variety of creative and knowledgeable individuals
• Responsible for overseeing product development schedule
• Manages regular product reviews and milestones
• Tactically navigate decisions between the look and feel, game play, technological limitations, schedule, and feature ROI
• Manages the improvement of the overall production process to increase levels of efficiency, quality of work, and profitability
