DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
Applications are invited for one position at the Lecturer level starting in February 2013. We are particularly interested in candidates with teaching and/or industry experience in one or more of the following areas:
• 2D Animation and 3D Modeling/Animation
• Web Application Development
• Game Design and Development
• Graphics Programming

THE COLLEGE/ DEPARTMENT:
The College: In addition to Interactive Games & Media, the Golisano College of Computing and Information Sciences is home to the Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Sciences and Technologies, and Computing Security departments, as well as a Ph.D. program in Computer and Information Sciences. The college has 112 faculty and over 2700 undergraduate and 600 graduate students.
The School: The School of Interactive Games and Media is home to both BS and MS multi-disciplinary degrees in Game Design and Development, and a BS in New Media Interactive Development. The School is internationally recognized as a leader in its degree areas. The Princeton Review has ranked our programs in Game Design and Development in the top 10 nationally in their respective categories.
