Sr. Producer / Producer
Description
- Assess the complexity of the project in close association with the Creative team and prepare bids based on it.
- Understand the production pipeline (in cases where project pipeline is pre-defined) and design /implement the most lucrative pipeline (in cases where project pipeline is not pre-defined) inorder to maximize the project profit margins in collaboration with the Creative Director.
- Central point of contact for all client communications at strategic level, periodic updates to the clients and highlight issues and concerns on a regular basis.
- Design the production schedule inorder to meet the deadlines.
- Cast artists having appropriate skills for the project.
- Define and implement a performance measurement indicators to measure productivity of each Artist.
- Obtain client approval for any scope changes,when required.
- Defines necessary risk mitigation and/or contingency plan and implements them to ensure smooth, timely project completion with the desired quality.
- Be a solution provider to bring efficiency.
- Work with client to define project technical specifications and delivery requirements
- Coach, mentor and give performance feedback to the team members.
- Partners with Head of Production to manage conflict within the department and partners with Human Resources regarding disciplinary procedures.Documents conflicts and provide updates to Human Resources.
- Work with the L&D team to conduct appropriate trainings for artists.
- Involved in the interviewing and hiring process
- Responsible for maintaining artist morale through constant appreciation, recognition and encouargement
- Minimize attrition of potential talents.
- Manage project to deliver on time and within budget
- Provide regular project updates to Head of Production
- Partner with finance to optimize project profitability
- Collaborate with peers to recommend and implement best production practices across the studio
