Professor of 3-D Character Animation
Description
SCAD has been named among the world's top animation schools
and among the "Ivy League of Animation" by 3D World magazine. Join
the team that makes this happen as a full-time professor teaching 3-D character
animation at SCAD Savannah for Fall 2012.
Candidates will be required to develop and extend students'
animation craft in the context of story, audience and current production
practices. An understanding of both commercial and independent film-making is a
major asset to the position. Five or more years of industry experience with
production credits are also preferred. College-level teaching experience,
proven leadership ability, and experience with a diverse student body are
highly valued.
