Location: Los Angeles
We're looking for a Support
Consultant to join our team. We're a young and growing company building
software for the visual effects, feature animation, and video game industries.
We have one main product
called Shotgun. It is a flexible web-based "production tracking and
collaboration" application. It is designed for everyone working in
the studio across many roles and needs. Shotgun is a web-based Software as a
Service (SaaS). We host roughly 350 client sites in the cloud and have
approximately 40 clients with Shotgun installed in their local infrastructure.
You will be responsible for
helping our customers use Shotgun as effectively as possible to fulfill their
production tracking needs. You’ll
need to be able to listen and understand a variety of pipelines, workflows and
requirements quickly. You’ll be
able to offer advice and support to help studios achieve the best efficiency in
their production processes using Shotgun. You will also be responsible for
helping customers who are new to Shotgun get up and running quickly.
We love our customers. You’ll have the opportunity
to work with fantastic people in a huge variety of studios across film, vfx,
animation, games, and many other media-related studios. You'll meet some great
people and be exposed to a breadth of information about these industries that's
difficult to achieve within a single studio.
