Human Resources and Finance Assistant - 2K Games
POSITION OVERVIEW
Provides assistance to HR and Finance departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists VP of Finance, VP of HR and Senior HR Generalist with administration of human resources policies, processes and procedures.
- Audits company Travel and Entertainment expenses reports. Identify & work to correct discrepancies or non-compliance with company policies (i.e. receipts should match the reports.)
- Works with company travel agents to ensure best use of company mileage programs and other offers.
- Researches & makes recommendations for savings opportunities in the areas of travel and relocation expenses.
- Coordinates travel arrangements and shuttle service for company recruiters and other departments.
- Coordinates monthly reconciliation of company headcount reflecting recent staff changes/transfers etc.
- Works with company studios and departments to ensure all paperwork for new hires, terminations, and employee changes is received and approved in a timely fashion.
- Assists with inter-company employee transfers and relocations.
- Assists with coordination of company payroll and HRIS systems
- Assists with new employee programs including but not limited to research, coordination of vendors, and communications about program additions or changes.
- Provides front desk coverage as required.
- Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
- Performs other duties as assigned, including special projects.
