Producer

Description

High Moon is looking for a Producer to assist with the management of key areas of next generation video game development.

Provide high level support of game development from concept to release. Responsible delivering a product which meets set time, budget and quality requirements. Drives process improvements.

What you will do:
• Establish and maintain a productive and communicative working environment
• Ensures resources are effectively utilized
• Performs daily rounds on team
• Create and maintain a project management plan including schedule, budgets, resource allocation and risk list/mitigation strategy for select areas of the project
• Assist Senior Producer in forecasting equipment and staffing needs for project
• Helps to ensure project is on schedule/within budget
• Maintain a productive working relationship with external vendors/publisher and provides updates on budgets, schedules, game builds, marketing materials, and milestone drops
• Responsible for successful liaisons with external QA resources
• Ensure legal responsibilities for product are met
• Responsible for localization of projects
• Promotes a development process focused on quality product
• Maintain product schedule
• Produce specific project elements such as characters, animation, audio, concept-work and development tools
• Collaborate effectively with game producers, game directors, leads and team members to manage and track project resources
• Support game producers by keeping development of project elements on schedule and within budget
• Participate in planning meetings and communicate solutions to production issues
• Participate in project staffing and training processes
