Render Technical Director

Description

- Work with the Lighting and Compositing departments to implement rendering solutions and troubleshoot issues.
- Participate in Look development stage to create shading and other workflow and rendering related solutions
- Work with the IT group to ensure optimal setup and performance of render farm, networks and storage.
- Work with production teams to construct, streamline and implement render policies.
- Draft designs, reports and proposals as needed.
- Serve as a conduit to convey OS needs and push work through the pipeline.
