Responsibilities:

The IT Manager will be responsible for maintaining and managing the physical infrastructure, software applications, technologies and tools used; maintaining backups; ensuring that the systems are functioning as designed, and implementing processes and procedures to determine when they are not, and fixing problems as quickly as possible; operational software evaluations; verifying data and maintaining control of data security, assisting with tracking, analyzing and interpreting trends, monitoring and/or performing various recurring scheduled processes; supporting artists in multiple local and remote locations to proactively improve their ability to perform their day-to-day functions by improving their interactions with the overall system infrastructure; being the primary contact to our vendors and suppliers.
