Our Art Department is looking for talented, cutting-edge 2D flash developers who are passionate about technology to help us bring exciting, digital-based learning to classrooms and living rooms across the country. You’ll be working onsite at our Carson headquarters to help us create fun Flash/Flex-based games for Macs/PCs and interactive whiteboards. In addition to possessing lots of raw talent, creativity and a passion for gaming, successful candidates should also have a solid understanding of composition, file/asset management and overall performance optimization. You’ll be responsible for transforming illustrations and designs into effective visual solutions on time and within budget.

Collaboration is a hallmark of product development at Lakeshore, so a consultative approach, strong communication skills and the ability to convey design ideas are also key to success.
