Game Producer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented game producer who is a self-directed professional able to produce the game contents for our Class 3 video gaming machines. The position will combine math , graphics and programming resources to produce game content for our gaming platforms. This person will work with 3rd party content providers to adapt their content to our gaming platform. This position may indirectly supervise employees from an array of departments on a project related basis.


Responsibilities
•Lead a team of talented developers and deliver outstanding product timely and on budget
•Create schedules and task breakdowns for projects and teams
•Track progress and identify issues and risks throughout the product development lifecycle
•Manage expectations according to contractual guidelines
•Ensure a stable product is submitted to the QA process
•Generate timely and accurate status updates to be communicated throughout the organization
•Work with documentation specialists to facilitate technical literature and specifications
•Work closely with third party content producers and their design teams and coordinate teams as needed
•Create and nurture collaboration, communication, team excellence, quality and consistency
•Continually gather knowledge on development tools and processes, competitive products and the gaming industry
