Nexon America, Inc. is the North American subsidiary of Tokyo-based NEXON Co., Ltd., a pioneer of interactive entertainment software and a world leader in free-to-play massively multiplayer online games. Nexon America titles include: MAPLESTORY, MABINOGI, COMBAT ARMS, DUNGEON FIGHTER ONLINE, ATLANTICA ONLINE, VINDICTUS AND DRAGON NEST.

The Auditor will plan, execute and report internal audit findings for the operational areas of the Company. They will maintain objectivity and provide meaningful recommendations to management designed to improve internal controls and operational efficiencies.

Job Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute audit on company’s overall operation including, but not limited to, generating reports and data for audit analysis, gathering supporting documentation for issues, reviewing findings with management, providing cost-benefit/value added recommendations, issuing draft reports, finalizing audit reports, and updating audit files and work papers
- Identify risk exposures, prepare reports and make recommendations to senior management. Review corrective plans and follow up execution actions
- Ensure SOX compliance, including gap analysis and control testing
- Review business processes across the organization and develop best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness of workflow and manage risk exposure
- Perform ad hoc studies and projects as assigned
