Description

Disney Mobile is looking for their next studio Art Director to come join the most ambitious and groundbreaking game studio around as they prepare to begin work on amazing new titles. Come build the best mobile games out there!


• Work with the art team through all stages of development, guiding all aspects from idea concept to final.
• Responsible for character, environment and overall art direction and visual design elements of all games.
• Generate concept images and sketches, pitching ideas and concepts and embracing critical feedback.
• Once in production, must iterate and produce assets for key titles.
• Give visual direction across all departments (2D, 3D, UI, design, animation, etc.
• Manage cross-functional projects between product and art teams.
• Help create a strong, positive art culture within the studio that fosters creativity and quality.
• Be a mentor and leader to the studio art staff.
• Ability to give concise, effective and productive feedback and notes to various internal and external artists, participating in visual concepts and management.
• Strong understanding of Disney films, properties and animation is a plus
