Job title – Facilities Assistant
Department – Facilities
Reporting to – Facilities Manager
Location – London
Key Purpose of Job
To assist in the organization, management and co-ordination of the services provided by the facilities department.
Needs to do
Raise all facilities purchase orders in line with company policy
Assist with all aspects of health and safety
Assist with the collation of site-specific data and reports
Assist with the management of all waste streams
Responsible for supplier account liaison
Assist with event organization
Responsible for departmental diary management
Responsible for daily building checks and follow ups
Develop and maintain the facilities filing and information systems
Daily process all departmental invoices and receipts
Maintaining office equipment
Any other duties that may be necessary as defined by the Facilities Manager
