Director of Online Operations - 2K Games
• Manage online operations for 2K projects. Apply learnings from Asia to West (NA/Europe) and vice versa.
• Coordinate the operations of online games with 2K marketing and development.
• Ensure products are developed that are appropriate to local market while maintaining key brand fidelity and consistency.
• Drive post launch operation to maximize revenue and retention for each product.
• Coordinate with dev and marketing to secure in game advertising and additional revenue streams on a global basis.
• Manage relationship with in-house and third party developers, operators, T2 and 2K publishing.
• Be the 2K expert on the local market and customer base.
• Develop Internal Best Practices for online game operation.
• Develop internal metrics and database for tracking individual games and aggregating key information.
• Develop framework and history of success and failure – to support when to shut down & when to invest in games.
• Cross promotion. Develop methods for moving players from one 2K game to another.
