Tradeshow AV Hardware Designer

Inhance Digital Corp. is a fast growing interactive and digital animation agency with stellar Fortune 500 clients who seeks an experienced tradeshow and events AV Hardware Designer with 3-5 years of experience. We are not looking for a traditional IT person; we are looking for a creative AV designer for tradeshows, who must have experience working with touch screen, large scale multi-touch walls, multiple projection systems, projection mapping, multi-screen displays, and interactive surfaces. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with Executive Producers, Producers, Engineering Manager and IT Manager at start of each project to recommend and evaluate computer hardware, interactive display, touch screen and projection hardware
• Work with above teams in a cross-functional role to install and integrate Inhance’s custom software programs onto specific hardware platforms selected
• Work with software development, graphics production, and Q/A teams to install software, run extensive testing and help with troubleshooting, Q/A process
• Evaluate and recommend the best new interactive and display hardware technologies
• Provide technical recommendations for content development to match complex hardware installations for projection, edge blend and stereoscopic 3D
• Travel to tradeshows and customer locations to install hardware and Inhance’s software, while managing other onsite/offsite technicians and support personnel
• Provide onsite technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, install and update hardware and software drivers as needed
• Manage hardware inventories and hardware logistics for client tradeshows
• Assist engineering staff in making decisions about technical/systems development
• Assist management in the timely deployment of new systems
• Act as an interface with the software development team on quality control and documentation of technical projects.
