Design Manager

Description

General
Provide dynamic creative leadership of a full service design center staffed by 35 professionals. As an experienced, senior-level design management professional, you will provide principal leadership in the visual design, coordination, and development of the Esri brand. You will also manage the overall design process, build and develop a professional design team, as well as inspire the creative team to new levels.

Responsibilities
• Oversee the creation of designs and creative concepts that support company objectives
• Generate strategic concepts at the leading edge of design and actively participate in design execution
• Articulate creative concepts clearly and succinctly
• Adhere to Esri’s branding policy and quality standards
• Work with clients to effectively develop and deliver design projects in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with team to ensure designs are consistent with client expectations and overall project goals
• Effectively communicate with clients to interpret the targeted objective of design projects
