Lead Character Modeler
The team that made Bioshock 2 is looking for a double threat. We are looking for someone who is both a master of anatomy and costuming and who is equally deft at leading character artists to be the best they can be.
As lead character modeler with 2K Marin, you will be responsible for leading internal and external character teams in the creation of all character models and textures for the now in development sci-fi tactical shooter XCOM. You will create models that set the style and inspire the team. You will push you and your team’s skills to the limit in an environment that lives and breathes creative expression.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead internal and external character modelers
• Create high resolution and game resolution 3d character models
• Ensure consistency, quality and timeliness across all character assets
• Create and manage the character pipeline
• Create character textures and shaders
• Organize model and texture libraries
• Collaborate with the art director, lead animator and character team
