Position Summary

XYZ Graphics, a leading creative services, image creation, and post-production studio, is seeking an Account Representative to generate sales and perform the role of relationship manager.

The Account Representative will manage and move the client through the full sales life cycle overseeing the entire process. The Account Representative will work closely with project management and graphic artists to ensure the final product meets client specifications. After the initial project acquisition, the Account Representative will continue to build a revenue stream from the account. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a balance of resourcefulness for obtaining new relationships with a loyalty to servicing established clients.

Position Responsibilities:

• Identify potential sources
• Research and determine the client’s key purchasing decision maker
• Target key point of contact and secure an initial conversation
• Conduct presentations explaining skills and abilities for projects
• Secure opportunity to collaborate on a project (request for an estimate)
• Translate the needs of the customer into technical capabilities, resources and budgets
• Knowledge of full-cycle sales.
• Transition accounts from initial acquisition to continual relationship management
• Arrange follow-up meetings with clients
• Review custom billing needs of client with project management team; ensure correct invoice formatting
• Contacting clients through telephone outreach
