Senior Producer

Description

We’re looking for a Senior Producer who knows the game space and knows end to end producing. You’ll lead the production of several cross-platform projects, manage teams and accountable for up to 4 Producers. You’ll be actively involved through the major phases of a project: green light, pre-production, production, and post-production. You’ll also schedule maintenance, staffing decisions, milestone reviews, and post production processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage Production staff and Leads to ensure that project needs are effectively communicated and addressed.
• Institutionalize Telltale episodic production processes.
• Identify the need for and recruit critical talent.
• Oversee the management of multiple complex projects concurrently, including review and feedback of project scope, requirements, and analysis.
• Allocate and track resources for project and needs; communicate status to senior management
• Provide hands-on mentoring in areas such as requirements analysis, project management, communication skills, organization skills, leadership skills, etc.
• Review, comment and approve milestone submissions.
• Budget management against individual product P/L's.
• Interact and negotiate with talent, creative and agents relating to feature film, TV, and publishing in coordination with Manager of Rights & Clearances and Legal.
• Mentor and lead people in the areas of hiring, employee relations and performance management.
