• Planning, executing & controlling creative production activities.
• Build, develop and execute systematic production cycle.
• Support and execute business and management objectives against deliverables.
• Balance organizational objectives and achieve employee satisfaction with ‘out-of-the-box’ approach.
• Identifying production talent areas – creative / technical.
• Internal approaches/relationships and activities to promote team spirit and employee bonding.
• In-depth understanding of End to End (Concept till compositing (final delivery) of the process of production pipeline.
• Plan and produce content for intellectual properties.
• Streamline and strengthen daily work processes.
• Work within financial and cost outlays as well as company policies and norms.
• Control business challenges and provide positive solutions.
• Focus on continued and enduring creative and business relationships.
• Client satisfaction & Client Relations.
